August 5, 2010: The model homes are nearly finished. Significant interior work has been done over the past few months. Furnishing and interior décor have been completed in several models, with other homes in progress. Click on image to enlarge.

March 12, 2010: Drywall, floor tiles and cabinet installation has been completed in all model homes. Work is progressing on counter tops and millwork trim, as well as installation of plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, appliances and bath accessories. All roofing is complete. March 3, 2010: Drywall installation and all exterior siding are done. Nearing completion is interior millwork, trim, interior paint, cabinets, countertops and floor tile. Exterior hand rails are being installed. Installation of finish light fixtures and bath fixtures are scheduled to begin next week. Construction of the adjacent water park is beginning. February 11-17, 2010: Plumbing, mechanical and electrical rough-in are done. Drywall is complete in six of the seven buildings. Cabinets have been installed in four buildings, and work is progressing on interior millwork trim installation in four of the homes. Floor tile is being installed in three of the homes.
