Maui Lani consists of a number of unique and distinct neighborhoods. Each shares a common thread in a community spirit that embraces family gatherings, special events, neighborhood watch programs, intra-community contests, and proactive cooperative childcare programs.

The Greens was Maui Lani's first neighborhood. Launched in 1996, The Greens was wildly successful in its mission to provide first-time, single-family homebuyers with an opportunity to own a new home in this desirable new community.

Looking to set new trends in Central Maui, Maui Lani introduced its next neighborhood as a smaller, more exclusive enclave of fine homes. Dubbed "The Grand Fairways," this new concept for Central Maui consisted of 20 beautiful custom homes lining the fairways of Hawaii's Top 10 golf course, The Dunes at Maui Lani.

Grand Fairways North was a natural extension of the original fine homes concept started by Maui Lani. Introduced in 1999, Grand Fairways North sold out immediately. Its attractive combination of 80 golf course and interior lots appealed to the same market as its predecessor, The Grand Fairways. It also drew more upscale homeowners to the Maui Lani community.

The Island, a 225-lot, single-family gated golf course community, was yet another logical extension of the Maui Lani trend to offer Central Maui's consumers an exclusive, upscale, residential community with privacy and seclusion. Unquestionably Maui Lani's most upscale neighborhood at the time it was introduced in 2000, The Island offers its residents amenities unheard of before in Central Maui.

The demand for trend-setting residential solutions continues to drive Maui Lani toward epitomizing all that is upscale living on Maui. The Bluffs, introduced in 2004, builds upon Maui Lani's concept for good living by offering exceptional properties with views and spaces unlike any other at Maui Lani. But building exclusive living spaces is only part of the Maui Lani vision.

In 2003, Maui Lani also introduced The Legends, a Schuler Homes residential community specifically tailored to provide more first-time homebuyers with an opportunity to own property within the Maui Lani community.
