Now under construction across from The Dunes at Maui
Lani golf course clubhouse, the Legends is composed
of 139 pre-determined house and lot combinations suited
for the entry-level buyer.
There are six floor plans ranging from 1,286 sq.
ft. for a 3 bedroom/2 bath home, to 1,931 sq. ft.
for a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home. Prices start in the
mid-$300,000s. It is anticipated that the first homes
will close in the summer.
