The principal partner/developer of Maui Lani is Bill Mills (pictured center), chairman of the Mills Group, L.L.C.

Mr. Mills is principally a Hawaii-based investor in real estate. Mr. Mills, owns, or has owned, through his various companies, prestigious developments on Maui, Hawaii, Oahu, and the mainland. Among them: the Kahala Mandarin, and the Waikiki Galleria Tower, in Waikiki.

Mr. Mills is a well-respected Hawaii businessman. He is a member of the board of directors for Hawaiian Electric Industries, and Grace Pacific Corporation. He is a Trustee of Hawaii Pacific University, the Nature Conservancy of Hawaii, and St. Andrews Priory School. Mr. Mills is also a member of the board of governors for the Iolani School.

The Maui Lani community consists of a number of partners who have combined their knowledge and resources to create a dynamic Central Maui community. Among the community's many partners are two Maui-based residents: Leiane Paci (pictured left), and Dave Gleason (pictured right). Leiane and Dave are the key local contacts for the development side of Maui Lani.
